Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in Drug Development with direct clinical operations experience.
• Line management and performance management of senior staff.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and steward short- and long-term clinical operations strategy across all programs.
• Develop franchise and country strategies for site and footprint.
• Provide global leadership for all cell therapy studies.
• Lead governance and deliverable metrics across the franchise.
• Build and retain Senior Director-level program leaders.
