Job summary

Merlin is seeking a Carbon & Environmental Compliance Manager to drive accuracy, governance and impact of environmental reporting across its global estate. You will own Scope 1 and 2 reporting, data analytics and compliance, working with Sustainability, Finance, Procurement, Energy and Operations.

oring experience in carbon accounting and regulatory reporting across multiple sites; strong analytical and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental compliance and sustainability reporting in a multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of greenhouse gas reporting and the GHG Protocol.
• Excellent data analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Merlin's Scope 1 and 2 GHG reporting for 100+ locations.
• Maintain carbon accounting methodologies and data governance.
• Coordinate data collection, validation and assurance for environmental data.
• Support ESG reporting and regulatory submissions.
• Develop environmental dashboards and performance insights for senior stakeholders.
• Deliver environmental reporting training and guidance across the business.
