Full Job Description

Position Title: Global Campus Recruitment Leader

Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications

Employment Type: Full time

  1. Develop campus recruitment strategies for JD's overseas market, analyze global campus recruitment market trends, evaluate competitors' recruitment strategies, and adjust and optimize JD's campus recruitment plan.
  2. Responsible for building JD's employer brand globally (excluding China) and enhancing JD's attractiveness as an employer. Use various channels such as social media, campus activities, and career fairs to promote JD's corporate culture and values, attracting outstanding overseas talents.
  3. Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with top overseas universities to ensure high visibility and a good reputation for JD among these institutions. Build close connections with career development centers, student organizations, etc., to stay updated on campus recruitment information and trends.
  4. Lead and manage the campus recruitment team, collaborate with global HR to ensure efficient teamwork, and achieve recruitment goals. Ensure the achievement of JD's annual global campus recruitment targets.
  5. Design and optimize campus recruitment processes to improve efficiency. Organize and coordinate campus presentations, written exams, interviews, and other activities to ensure smooth operations.
Minimum Requirements
  1. English proficiency for working communication.
  2. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in human resources, management, public relations, or related fields are preferred.
  3. 5-8 years of practical experience in campus recruitment, with proven leadership of campus recruitment projects.
  4. Familiarity with talent distribution characteristics of top global universities.
  5. Strong data analysis skills to utilize data for optimizing communication strategies.
  6. Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively across departments and stakeholders.
  7. Experience in campus recruitment within the internet, e-commerce, logistics industry of multinational companies is preferred.
