Job Description:

Position Title: Global Campus Recruitment Leader

Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications

Employment Type: Full time

1. Develop campus recruitment strategies for JD's overseas market, analyze global campus recruitment market trends, evaluate competitors' recruitment strategies, and adjust and optimize JD's campus recruitment plan.
2. Responsible for building JD's employer brand globally (excluding China) and enhancing JD's attractiveness as an employer. Through various channels such as social media, campus activities, and career fairs, effectively promote JD's corporate culture and values, and attract outstanding overseas talents.
3. Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with top overseas universities to ensure that JD.com can maintain high visibility and good reputation among these schools. Establish close connections with the school's career development center, student organizations, etc., and obtain the latest campus recruitment information and trends.
4. Lead and manage the campus recruitment team, collaborate with global HR to ensure efficient collaboration among team members and achieve recruitment goals together. Ensure the achievement of JD's annual global campus recruitment.
5. Design and optimize the campus recruitment process to ensure its efficiency. Organize and coordinate campus presentations, written exams, interviews, and other recruitment activities to ensure smooth progress.

Minimum Requirements:

1. English can be used as a working language
2. Bachelor degree or above, majors in human resources, management, public relations, etc. are preferred
3. 5-8 years of practical experience in campus recruitment, and have completely led campus recruitment projects
4. Familiar with the talent distribution characteristics of Global Top universities
5. Have strong data analysis skills and use data to optimize communication strategies
6. Have excellent communication and coordination skills, and can cooperate with different departments and stakeholders
7. Those with experience in campus recruitment in the Internet/e-commerce/logistics industry of multinational companies are preferred
