Job summary

Environmental Justice Foundation (EJF) is seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to support the CEO and senior teams in overseeing advocacy campaigns, grassroots projects and conservation programmes across 17 country offices. You will track progress, align teams, and ensure timely information flow for effective decision making.

You will contribute to monitoring, evaluation, and impact analysis, maintain the campaign calendar, and support reporting to funders and external partners.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of project, team and budget management experience.
• Experience with monitoring and evaluation frameworks and progress reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with staff, leadership and external audiences.
• Strategic and pragmatic thinker with campaign planning, delivery and evaluation experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate actions across all EJF campaigns and operations under the CEO.
• Maintain central knowledge of campaign status and provide regular updates to SMT.
• Manage and maintain the central campaign calendar and identify key moments monthly.
• Produce funder newsletters and donor reports by turning M&E data into impact updates.
• Foster cross‑team information sharing and coordinate advocacy and communications planning.
