Reporting to the VP, Global Arla Brand, you will lead Feed Life development, drive transformational initiatives across markets, channels and partners.

This high‑visibility role requires influencing senior stakeholders, building brand equity, and delivering societal value at scale.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior head of brand, equity or strategy leadership roles, ideally within a global or multi-market business.
• Proven track record of building brands and leading transformational change.
• Strong expertise across brand strategy, communications, media and digital ecosystems.
• Ability to influence, align and inspire senior stakeholders across complex organisations.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams and building partnerships with agencies and external partners.
• Forward-looking, agile mindset that combines strategic thinking and analytical acumen with curiosity about culture, emerging technologies and the forces shaping the future of marketing and strong brands.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the long-term global Arla brand strategy, including growth frameworks and brand architecture.
• Build Feed Life as a leading growth platform across markets and channels.
• Drive strategic transformation projects with connected consumer experiences and agency partnerships.
• Support central teams and markets in major transformation initiatives.
• Develop thought leadership around food culture to strengthen brand trust and societal impact.
