Job summary

Publicis London seeks a Managing Partner to lead our global partnership with Haleon and shape the future of consumer healthcare brands. You will set strategic direction and bring together talent from across Publicis Groupe to create globally consistent brands with cultural relevance that drive meaningful growth.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading global or international brands within a creative, integrated, brand or communications agency.
• Strong understanding of modern brand building, including distinctiveness, consistency, cultural relevance and long-term effectiveness.
• Experience creating or stewarding brand platforms that can be applied across markets, channels and cultures.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and bring clarity to complex challenges.
• Experience managing commercial performance of a major account, including financial accountability and growth.
• Collaborative leadership style, with experience leading multi-disciplinary or multi-agency teams.
• Sound judgement, curiosity and a commitment to work that is creatively ambitious and commercially effective.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for the Haleon partnership, establishing distinctive brand territories rooted in human insight.
• Guide development of enduring brand platforms that build recognition and value across markets.
• Champion creative excellence by working with strategy, creative and global brand teams.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and provide clear counsel.
• Lead the commercial performance of the account, including revenue, margin, resourcing and growth opportunities.
• Bring together creativity, media, data and technology through the Power of One model.
• Lead and develop an inclusive, multidisciplinary team and contribute to Publicis London’s wider direction.
