Job summary

Footballco in the United Kingdom is seeking a high‑performing senior sales executive to lead agency and brand direct business in football. You will build long‑term relationships with brand marketers at major companies and craft tailored creative solutions that drive revenue.

You will own an annual sales target, manage a global pipeline, and work with strategy, creative, and editorial teams to deliver compelling branded content and media partnerships.

Qualifications

• Senior global media sales or sport sponsorship experience.
• Strong network of brand/agency contacts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead agency and client accounts at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to brands and agencies to promote and sell Footballco's media and branded content offerings.
• Work to achieve sales targets through individual and team efforts.
• Generate new revenue opportunities with a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Collaborate with VP of Sales and peers to identify new clients and revenue opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with C-suite and VP level marketers to gain insights into decision-making.
