Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking an ambitious Bid Writer to join the International Bids & Proposals team, based hybrid in Melksham (SN12 6GN). This role supports cross-market opportunities across Europe, tailoring responses for tenders, RFPs, and RFIs.

You will work with Proposal Manager and subject matter experts to craft clear, compliant content, leveraging approved materials and AI tools, with a focus on strong writing and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid writing, proposal writing, marketing, or related roles.
• Highly organized with ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation.
• Ability to gather information from colleagues and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Draft clear, persuasive bid responses tailored to client requirements.
• Review tender questions to identify requirements and structure responses.
• Collaborate with Proposal Manager, Bid Designers, sales teams, and SMEs.
• Use approved content and AI tools responsibly; ensure accuracy.
• Edit material to be concise, client-specific, and well-structured.
• Develop executive summaries, capability statements, and responses.
• Manage writing deadlines across multiple opportunities.
• Collaborate across Europe and international regions; adapt content to markets.
• Support the development of reusable bid library material.
