Job summary

ABM UK is seeking a Bid Manager to lead and write high-quality proposals for FM contracts across public and private sectors. The role is hybrid, based at North Greenwich London with home-based flexibility.

You will manage bids from PQQs to RFPs, coordinate with the business development team, and ensure proposals are compelling, accurate and on time. Strong English writing and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires proven bid-writing experience in public or private sectors.
• Ability to write succinct, persuasive responses to PQQs/ITTs/RFPs.
• Excellent written English and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality bid documents and presentations to deadlines.
• Write compelling responses to customer PQQs, ITTs and RFPs.
• Collaborate with business development and specialists across the business.
• Coordinate bid content and maintain up-to-date library.
