Job summary

Imperial Brands is seeking an experienced Global Benefits & Wellbeing Lead to unify a historically local benefits landscape into a consistent enterprise-wide framework. You will also lead the development of our global wellbeing agenda, ensuring programmes are competitive, evidence-based, compliant and financially sustainable.

You will collaborate with Legal, Tax, Finance, DEI and external partners to enhance employee experience, drive value from benefits investments and maintain market relevance

Qualifications

• Extensive global benefits experience across multi-country organisations.
• Experience designing and implementing global benefits strategies while preserving local flexibility.
• Strong wellbeing strategy experience with evidence of programmes and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the global benefits strategy with an enterprise-wide framework.
• Lead the global wellbeing agenda with scalable, evidence-based programmes.
• Benchmark benefits using market data, insights, and analytics to shape priorities.
• Establish governance and compliance with Legal, Tax, Finance and local teams.
• Oversee vendor and financial management including negotiations and budgets.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and adoption across P&C, Reward, Finance and Communications.
