As our Global Benefits Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in our Reward & Benefits team, providing expert consultation and support on diverse global pension and benefit challenges. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with local legislation across all pension and benefit plans, conducting comprehensive research to maintain competitive and compliant benefits, and collaborating closely with senior leadership. You'll be instrumental in optimizing our employee experience through proactive recommendations and effective management of benefit programs internationally

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with local legislation for all pension and benefit plans, supporting the Global Benefits Manager.
  • Conduct internal and external research to maintain competitive and compliant benefits, providing proactive recommendations.
  • Manage annual renewal activities across multiple locations (excluding US), collaborating closely with payroll for international best practices.
  • Support the Global Benefits Administrator with complex vendor billing and day-to-day workload management within the Reward & Benefits team.
  • Maintain and update benefit platforms for employee insurance programs, ensuring accurate information and processes.
  • Lead process reviews and implement changes as needed to optimize benefit operations.
  • Build effective relationships with internal departments, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
  • Assist in developing junior team members and handling employee queries within specified SLAs.
  • Maintain confidential employee benefit files and assist with employee engagement communications and surveys.
  • Support ongoing policy administration and participate in departmental projects as required.

Skills and Experience

  • Self-sufficiency and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in employee benefits, including ownership of annual renewals.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on compliance and process improvement.
  • Passion for employee engagement and HR Reward initiatives.
  • IT proficiency (Excel strong, Word and PowerPoint intermediate).
  • Positive attitude and strong desire to learn and adapt.
