Live Nation is looking for a proactive Benefits & Compensation Assistant to support UK and Global teams with data management, inquiries, and documentation. You will help ensure employee experiences with rewards programmes are smooth in a fast-paced live entertainment environment.

You will handle inbox requests, maintain records, assist with projects, and collaborate across HR, payroll and finance. Excellent Excel and Office skills, confidentiality and a customer-focused mindset are essential for

• Experience delivering administrative support in benefits, compensation or HR roles.
• Strong data accuracy and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for UK and Global Benefits and Compensation teams.
• Handle inquiries and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist in benefits and compensation projects, data requests and reporting.
• Ensure confidential handling of sensitive employee data.
• Coordinate with HR, payroll and finance to improve processes.
