• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Commerce or Omnichannel Marketing.

• Manage global Ratings & Reviews programmes to increase advocacy and conversion.
• Lead digital activations for product launches and campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable recommendations to improve conversion and engagement.
• Build relationships with markets, retailers and agencies to ensure project delivery.
