Qualifications

• Proficient in at least one major programming language: Go, Python and/or Java
• Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform
• Experience in developing automated tests as part of the development cycle
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies (CI/CD, resiliency, security)

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and develop scalable, performant microservices using software engineering best practices
• Write secure and high-quality code
• Write automated unit tests, integration tests, etc.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring design constraints are met by code
• Identify and address hidden problems to improve code quality and system architecture
• Manage and troubleshoot deployments from testing environments to production
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to add features coherently
• Translate product requirements into trackable tickets
• Contribute to engineering communities and adopt new technologies
• Support responsible AI use and secure coding standards
