Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering qualification (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of concorde machine.
• Strong knowledge of back-end manufacturing processes.
• Proven problem-solving and process-improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
• Self-motivated team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for projects and process improvements.
• Support installations, audits, and efficiency initiatives.
• Drive maintenance standards and best practices.
• Deliver technical support and training to plant teams.
• Identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Manage small-scale plant projects.
• Collaborate with plants, suppliers, and engineering teams.
• Produce clear and timely site visit reports.
