Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a B2B Demand Generation Manager to own paid demand generation across multiple markets, including the UK. You will manage large budgets across Meta, TikTok, Google, and programmatic, tailoring strategies country by country while building scalable playbooks.

You will partner with Sales and Commercial teams to drive lead quality, live merchants, and GOV, while advancing automation and in-house media buying. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience running high-budget B2B paid campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience building and optimizing lead-generation pipelines that convert to live merchants.
• Strong local and commercial instinct; ability to tailor demand-gen playbooks to markets and communicate in English.
• Ability to plan and optimise media investment against KPIs and to manage in-house media buying.
• Proactive, data-driven, creative thinker with a track record of testing and scaling what works.
• Interest in AI/automation to improve workflows and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid demand generation across markets and B2B products, with large budgets across Meta, TikTok, Google, and programmatic.
• Collaborate with country Sales and commercial teams to adapt strategies by market and channel.
• Build a high-quality lead engine focused on live merchants and GOV (Gross Order Value).
• Partner with creative teams to craft and test full-funnel campaigns and sharp positioning.
• Drive automation and AI-assisted workflows to boost efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Support new product launches with demand-generation campaigns and rigorous measurement of impact.
