Job summary

Vista Global Holding is seeking an experienced Insurance & Risk Manager to join our in-house risk and insurance team. You will partner with legal, finance, operations, and procurement to assess risk exposure, manage coverage, and ensure compliance across the global business.

You will design, place, and renew corporate insurance programs, manage claims and subrogation, develop risk reports for leadership, and collaborate with internal stakeholders on policy terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in insurance, risk management, or related field; in-house or brokerage experience in aviation market required.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies and risk transfer mechanisms.
• Experience managing claims and working with insurance brokers and carriers.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products and familiarity with risk/insurance management systems (e.g., RMIS).
• Professional designations (ACII/FCII, Chartered Insurance Practitioner, IRM) a plus.
• Occasional overseas travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Design, place, and renew corporate insurance programs (e.g. hull, liability, property, D&O, cyber).
• Analyse policy terms and coverage adequacy against risk profile.
• Renewal submissions support to Insurance Director.
• Manage insurance claims reporting, tracking, and subrogation.
• Liaise with adjusters, insurers, internal stakeholders, and legal counsel.
• Maintain claim documentation and ensure timely communications.
• Evaluate risk exposures and assist with indemnity reviews in contracts.
• Develop insurance reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Advise on insurance implications in vendor contracts and deals.
• Collaborate across departments on policy renewals and premiums.
• Participate in enterprise risk assessments and continuity planning.
• Administer policies and provide certificates of insurance.
