Job summary

Vista is the world’s leading global business aviation company seeking an Insurance & Risk Manager to partner with internal stakeholders and manage the company’s insurance programs. You will analyse risk, support risk mitigation, and ensure appropriate coverage across the business.

You will work cross-functionally with legal, finance, operations, and procurement to assess risk exposure, manage claims, and support insurance procurement and compliance while contributing to enterprise risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in insurance, risk management, or related field; in-house or brokerage experience in aviation market required.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies and risk transfer mechanisms.
• Experience managing claims and working with insurance brokers and carriers.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Insurance Program Management: design, placement, and renewal of corporate insurance programs.
• Claims Management: manage reporting, tracking, and resolution of insurance claims.
• Risk Analysis & Reporting: evaluate and quantify risk exposures; develop reports for leadership.
• Compliance & Documentation: ensure compliance and maintain certificates, policy documents.
• Business Partnering: advise procurement, legal, finance on insurance in vendor contracts.
