Job summary

Mobis North America is seeking a Local Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs with Product Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and suppliers. You will coordinate with local customers and teams in Korea to ensure launches meet PMO standards and are aligned with global practices.

Expect on-site work with occasional international travel, 40-hour weeks, and collaboration across USA, Mexico, and Korea. Strong communication and risk management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business or equivalent.
• +3 years of project/program management experience preferred.
• +7 years of automotive project development experience preferred.
• Global Automotive OEM experience preferred.
• Experience with APQP and related quality processes.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of Korean language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead milestone tracking and keep management informed on status.
• Manage stakeholders with regular updates and ensure alignment.
• Identify risks early and propose practical solutions.
• Assure deliverables meet requirements and high quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and customer interactions.
• Travel occasionally internationally and locally as needed.
