Job summary

Zenith International, part of Publicis Groupe, is hiring a Global Associate Director to shape and deliver outstanding media services for Nomad Foods across Europe. You will coordinate central stakeholders, specialist teams and local agencies to ensure high-quality work and strong client relationships.

In this highly collaborative role you will improve processes, align planning with global guidelines, manage budgets and mentor junior colleagues across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a media account management or planning role.
• Strong knowledge of digital media; understanding of traditional media channels is valuable.
• A client-focused approach with credible relationships and clear actions.
• Confident project management with prioritisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly through presentations and updates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project priorities, account finances and billing, ensuring work is delivered to the expected standard and schedule.
• Support and develop junior colleagues, encouraging knowledge-sharing and inclusive collaboration across teams.

Overview

We are hiring a Global Associate Director to help shape and deliver outstanding media services for Nomad Foods across its European portfolio of brands and markets. Joining Zenith Global's worldwide team, you'll connect central stakeholders, specialist teams and local agencies to turn ambitious plans into consistent, high-quality work. This is a highly collaborative role where strong client relationships, thoughtful planning and operational excellence come together. You'll have real scope to improve how an international account works while supporting people across the network to do their best work.
