Zenith, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Global Associate Director to shape and deliver media services for Nomad Foods across Europe. You will connect central stakeholders, specialist teams and local agencies to deliver high-quality work, fostering strong client relationships and effective governance.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and drive process improvements across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a media account management or planning role coordinating work across multiple teams.
• Strong knowledge of digital media; traditional media channels helpful.
• Client-focused with ability to translate business needs into actions.
• Confident project management with strong prioritisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to present complex ideas clearly through engaging updates.

Overview

We are hiring a Global Associate Director to help shape and deliver outstanding media services for Nomad Foods across its European portfolio of brands and markets. Joining Zenith Global’s worldwide team, you’ll connect central stakeholders, specialist teams and local agencies to turn ambitious plans into consistent, high-quality work. This is a highly collaborative role where strong client relationships, thoughtful planning and operational excellence come together. You’ll have real scope to improve how an international account works while supporting people across the network to do their best work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of key account projects, building trusted relationships with Nomad Foods’ central stakeholders.
• Connect local markets and global teams, creating clear communication and consistent ways of working across the network.
• Partner with colleagues in strategy, digital, data, technology, commerce, planning and trading to deliver integrated media solutions.
• Coordinate monthly planning governance and support markets in applying global media guidelines during annual planning.
• Improve processes, tools and operational practices to make account delivery more effective, accurate and consistent.
• Oversee project priorities, account finances and billing, ensuring work is delivered to the expected standard and schedule.
• Support and develop junior colleagues, encouraging knowledge-sharing and inclusive collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a media account management or planning role, with the ability to coordinate work across multiple teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of digital media; an understanding of traditional media channels would also be valuable.
• A client-focused approach, with experience building credible relationships and turning business needs into clear actions.
• Confident project management skills, including prioritisation, organisation and close attention to detail.
• The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly through engaging presentations, updates and recommendations.
• A collaborative mindset, with the judgement to work independently while bringing the right specialists together.
• An interest in improving processes, applying technology thoughtfully and helping colleagues adopt effective ways of working.
