About the role

As an Assistant Brand Manager for Air Wick (Global), you will work on diverse global projects and support the deployment of initiatives into local teams. You will manage the full cycle of artwork development, collaborating with local marketing teams to ensure regional requirements are met. Additionally, you will track brand performance, conduct market analysis, and support the Brand Manager in innovation and product launches. We seek a proactive team player with excellent communication skills who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders to deliver key projects.

Your responsibilities
  1. Artwork Development: Manage the end-to-end process of artwork creation, ensuring all designs meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
  2. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with R&D, Regulatory, and Legal teams to ensure artwork and packaging comply with relevant regulations.
  3. Agency Communication: Liaise with external agencies such as Marks and Springfield to brief them, provide feedback, and ensure timely delivery.
  4. CPS Tracking: Monitor project schedules to ensure progress as planned.
  5. CLP: Lead major artwork changes driven by CLP regulation across the Air Wick portfolio.
  6. IMEX collaboration: Serve as a key contact for local markets, sharing updates, collecting feedback, and supporting ad hoc requests.
  7. Market and Brand Performance: Track performance metrics, conduct research, analyze competitors, and lead initiatives to enhance product pipelines and innovative launches.
