Qualifications

• Deep expertise in psychometrics and assessment design.
• Experience designing validation and fairness studies.
• Ability to translate research into practical solutions in large organisations.
• Strong quantitative skills with statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled assessment approaches.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard for fair, evidence-based assessments across the bank.
• Design and run validation studies and fairness analyses.
• Evaluate emerging assessment technologies with rigour.
• Turn data into decisions linked to performance and mobility.
• Partner with global stakeholders and influence suppliers.
• Upskill colleagues in assessment science.
