Job summary

Scarlet is seeking its first Assessment Delivery Optimisation hire to design and oversee how we plan, prioritise and deploy assessment resources across our global portfolio. You will build an operating model to scale as the customer base grows across devices and regulatory frameworks.

You will create systems to match each assessment with the right expertise, location and timing, using planning, data modelling and AI to move work from demand forecasting to real-time prioritisation, delivering

Qualifications

• Experience building or operating production forecasting, optimisation or scheduling systems.
• Experience using data modelling and analytics to drive operational decisions, with strong hands-on skills.
• Experience using AI to improve operational workflows, including evaluating when outputs are reliable.
• Experience leading cross-functional decisions involving teams with competing priorities.
• Experience explaining complex operational decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio-level capacity planning: forecast required resources to meet demand and align hiring.
• Design and optimise allocation of assessment experts to work and start times.
• Own and improve scheduling tools tracking evaluator availability, customer availability and qualification status.
• Partner with product, engineering and ML teams to automate large-scale assessment operations.
