Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant practice management or similar experience, preferably within a law firm or legal environment.
  • Experience coordinating across practice groups and jurisdictions is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global practice management strategy for International Arbitration.
  • Monitor market trends and performance to inform strategy and growth.
  • Support partner-led client development and cross-selling initiatives globally.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, BD and Communications on market intelligence and client engagement.
  • Oversee data tracking, pitches, pipeline activity and staffing for strategic planning.
  • Lead innovation and process improvements, including AI integration and efficient workflows.
