Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical/Automotive or related field with QA experience.
• Minimum 3 years in quality teams in automotive or related manufacturing industries.
• Understanding of automotive industry standards and customer-specific requirements (OEMs).

Responsibilities

• Lead APQP phases and PPAP submissions for automotive/industrial customers.
• Facilitate PFMEA to mitigate process risks (heading, flashing, heat treatment).
• Develop/maintain process flow diagrams, control plans, and dimensional standards.
• Evaluate sub-tier suppliers for APQP/PPAP compliance.
• Implement SPC and capability studies; lead 8D/5-Why/Ishikawa analyses.
