Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with quality-focused experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years in quality teams in automotive, ancillary/tool or related manufacturing.
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards and OEM requirements.

Responsibilities

• APQP Deployment: Lead all five phases of the APQP process for ball and roller manufacturing.
• Risk Management: Facilitate PFMEA to mitigate risks in processing steps.
• PPAP Management: Coordinate PPAP submissions for major OEM customers.
• Quality Documentation: Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, control plans, and standards.
• Supplier Quality: Evaluate sub-tier suppliers to meet APQP/PPAP requirements.
• Process Validation: Implement SPC and capability studies for key processes.
• Problem Solving: Lead root-cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa) for nonconformities.
