Job summary

Gripple Limited in Sheffield is seeking an Applications and Solutions Manager to lead a small applications team and own key business systems including ERP, CRM and PLM. You will collaborate with the Global IT Manager to support eight sites and drive continuous improvement across Gripple’s digital landscape.

You will coach two developers, manage escalations, coordinate releases, and help expand Dynamics 365 across multiple regions while aligning with business needs and security standards.

• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and coach a two-person applications team.
• Own and improve Gripple's ERP, CRM and PLM systems and key integrations.
• Coordinate release schedules and escalations with MSPs, in line with One Version updates.
• Support global rollout of Dynamics 365 across Europe, USA, Canada, India and Japan.
• Manage Azure DevOps for requirements, development, testing and documentation.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relations and drive process improvements.
