Job summary

Gripple Ltd is seeking an Applications and Solutions Manager to lead a small applications team, own key business systems, and drive global Dynamics 365 deployments. You will oversee ERP, CRM and PLM integrations, coordinate with MSP partners and ensure robust release practices across multiple sites.

You will report to the Global IT Manager and shape the future of Gripple’s software landscape with a customer-focused, collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience leading applications teams and managing complex ERP/CRM/PLM environments.
• Strong governance of release management, testing and deployments.
• Proven ability to work with multiple sites and global rollout projects.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for developers and vendors.
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 and related integrations in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps for requirements, development, testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small applications team and drive performance reviews.
• Own key business systems including ERP, CRM and PLM, and oversee integrations.
• Manage escalations with a managed service partner and coordinate release schedules.
• Direct the global rollout of Dynamics 365 across regions including Europe and North America.
• Identify process improvements and expand system functionality across platforms.
• Establish development and release practices with version control and testing.
