Cedar, a leading global media firm based in London, seeks a Global Process Owner (GPO) Accounts Payable Analyst to support strategic AP initiatives and technology implementations.

You will collect data, document current processes, and design future-state solutions to globalize, centralize, and standardize operations. The role requires an agile, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in business process analysis and project management, preferably in an Accounts Payable environment.
• Lean Six Sigma certification desirable.
• Strong self-starter with analytical and problem-solving skills; able to operate with minimal oversight.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across management levels.

Responsibilities

• Gather key requirements from cross-functional teams to support new process design.
• Collect and analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Write comprehensive Business Requirements Documents.
• Support new process and technology implementation including testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes with minimal disruption.
• Create process documentation and guidelines, including SOPs and workflow diagrams.
• Provide training and support to team members on new processes and best practices.
