Smith+Nephew, a global medical technology leader, is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel for AI & Technology to support the enterprise AI transformation and strategic technology initiatives.

You will draft, review and negotiate a broad range of technology agreements, advise on GDPR and data privacy, and partner with IT, Privacy, Compliance and business teams to balance innovation with risk controls. Hybrid working options available.
