Job summary

VCCP Group LLP is seeking a Group Head of AI Enablement to architect and drive the global AI agenda. You will report to the Group COO and oversee AI adoption, tooling, and transformation across the network, coordinating with C-suite and agency leads to unlock measurable value.

The role demands a highly organized, curious self-starter who can navigate ambiguity, manage cross-disciplinary teams, and deliver rapid, tangible improvements in efficiency and creativity across global operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in automation and technology delivery within a fast-paced global business services or agency environment.
• Practical knowledge of prompting, scoping, and deploying AI tools to reduce operational inefficiencies.
• Proven exposure to Private Equity-backed businesses with ability to quantify value.
• Self-starting, proactive attitude with the ability to work across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Shape the AI agenda and create bespoke roadmaps for the group’s AI initiatives.
• Lead delivery of automation projects with a matrix of agency leads to drive ROI and efficiency.
• Create and deploy elite AI training frameworks to build network-wide proficiency.
• Drive organic AI adoption and align diverse stakeholders across locations.
