Job summary

Sahaj Software is seeking a design leader who is curious about AI disruption and can redefine how design lands in agile teams. You will partner with CXOs, engineers and data scientists to shape the product vision, translate ambiguous client asks into actionable plans, and own design across discovery to production.

Qualifications

• Exceptional at sharp problem framing and delivering design that ships
• Experience in enterprise platforms, SaaS data products or AI-native products
• Ability to apply service design and systems thinking across complex processes
• Led discovery work including stakeholder and user interviews and workflow analysis
• Shape interaction design and information architecture for complex products
• Work with design systems and AI tooling from the start
• Collaborate with CXOs, product owners, engineers and data scientists to drive outcomes

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CXOs, product owners, engineers and data scientists to co‑own the product vision
• Drive ambiguity to real, valuable outcomes through design
• Own and shape product direction, challenge assumptions and stay close to implementation
• Leverage experience as a design practitioner across discovery, concept, design, build, launch and iteration
• Craft new ways of working for AI‑driven design and document case studies
• Turn ambiguous client asks into well‑framed problems and prioritised opportunities
• Pitch, consult and negotiate design decisions for faster iterations
• Own the work from framed problems to live product; ensure production‑ready artefacts
