Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Principal Global Agency Development Manager to lead strategic relationships with major global advertising holding companies. Drive multi-year transformations, negotiate frameworks, and align cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with AdTech, Product, Partner Education, and Country Heads of Agency, delivering growth strategies and agency-wide education programs, including video advertising initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years B2B sales experience.
• 10+ years digital ad sales experience.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of programmatic media and DSPs.
• Experience building client and agency partnerships.
• Experience presenting to SVP and C-Level executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through global agency relationships.
• Manage C-suite partnerships and negotiate global frameworks and rate cards.
• Develop multi-year transformation roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• Lead video advertising strategy and agency education programs.
