UCB is seeking a Global Advanced Analytics Lead in Slough, UK, hybrid with 40% onsite. You will guide analytics strategy, manage advanced analytics/AI initiatives, and ensure scalable solutions across Patient Solutions and Evidence teams.

You will collaborate with global teams, oversee data-driven insights, and mentor a team of data scientists to deliver impactful outcomes for patients.

Competenze

• 8–10+ years of experience applying predictive modeling techniques and data transformation.
• 8–10+ years leading programs/projects from initiation to implementation.
• At least 8 years working with real world data (claims data, EMR, IQVIA, -omics).
• 8–10+ years of programming with Python or R.
