Job summary

A leading biopharmaceutical company in Slough is seeking an Analytics Lead to strengthen their Global Advanced Analytics team. In this hybrid role, you will drive impactful projects using advanced analytics methods to inform on the commercial viability of assets in development. The successful candidate will bring at least 8-10 years of experience in predictive modeling, data transformation, and leadership in analytics projects. This role offers a platform to lead a team and create value for patients through innovative data solutions.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years experience applying predictive modeling techniques.
• 8-10+ years of experience leading programs/projects from initiation to implementation.
• At least 8 years of experience working with real-world data.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise for leveraging advanced analytics.
• Deliver impactful data and analytics projects.
• Serve as a mentor and guide to junior data scientists.
• Drive execution of regional data-driven insights research.

Skills

Predictive modeling techniques (ML, decision trees)

Data transformation (data cleansing, integration)

Programming in Python or R

Real world data analysis

Strong communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in quantitative area
