Job summary

Staffordshire University is seeking three detail-oriented Admissions & Applicant Engagement Advisors for a 9-month fixed-term contract at the Stoke Campus. The role focuses on processing applications for courses across all levels, with a specific emphasis on Indian and Nepalese applicants; training will be provided.

You will engage prospective students across our platforms, review offers, and ensure compliance with UCAS, DfE, UKVI, UKCISA.

Qualifications

• Detail orientated admissions and applicant engagement experience is desirable.
• Experience with international admissions is advantageous.
• Ability to process applications across courses and levels with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high quality and hyper-personal service across customer engagement platforms, processing prospective applicant enquiries within targets.
• Review applications and make offers within agreed parameters.
• Ensure applications and offers comply with UCAS, DfE, UKVI, UKCISA and relevant policies.
• Undertake outbound contact activity in line with conversion strategy for Home and International applicants.
• Staff on a rota basis at key recruitment events including Offer Holder Days, Open Events, Clearing and other events.
