Job summary

Roku is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer as part of the Technical Operations Department responsible for the end-user experience of the Roku platform, including The Roku Channel. You will be working as part of our Global Technical Operations team with opportunities to interact with live operations, advertising operations, Editorial, Engineering, and Customer support.

For this role, we are seeking someone with a good understanding of the AdTech space.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical experience in video or related technologies.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to troubleshoot with engineering and business owners.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize issues for engineering and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support Roku infrastructure including Ad services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve day-to-day issues; some data analysis work.
