Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to power the full AP cycle across six entities in a genuinely global finance operation. You will manage vendor onboarding, invoice processing, multidimensional coding, and multi‑currency payments, with Ramp card program administration and monthly reconciliation in NetSuite.

You’ll report to the Senior Accountant and join a supportive controllership team driving process improvements and scalable controls across multiple entities and markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounts payable with end‑to‑end ownership in a multi‑entity, multi‑currency setup.
• Hands‑on experience with tier‑one ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Proficient in a matrix / dimensional GL structure for multi‑segment reporting.
• Experience using spend management software.
• Solid AP controls, month‑end close, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Knowledge of UK VAT, EU VAT and related indirect taxes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate with both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle accounts payable across all six Reachdesk entities.
• Administer Ramp corporate card program end‑to‑end and reconcile activity to NetSuite GL.
• Post and reconcile AP and card transactions in NetSuite with correct coding across GL accounts.
