Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking to join a growing international business at an exciting point in its journey?

A well-established global organisation is looking to add a confident and capable Global Accounts Payable Clerk to its finance team. With ambitious growth plans and a dynamic international footprint, this is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative team that supports financial operations across multiple business units worldwide.

What you'll be doing:

You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the global Accounts Payable function, working closely with colleagues across finance, procurement, and operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing purchase invoices and employee expenses in line with internal controls
  • Managing supplier payment runs and ensuring timely payments across global accounts
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies with internal teams
  • Assisting with monthly journals, reconciliations, and VAT reporting
  • Supporting cash management and ad hoc finance tasks
  • Contributing to the annual audit process and supporting wider finance improvement initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities for process efficiencies and automation

What you'll bring:

  • Solid experience in Accounts Payable, ideally within a fast-paced, international business
  • AAT qualified or working towards qualification (desirable)
  • Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced); confident with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with accounting software such as Dynamics 365 or Medius (desirable)
  • Sound understanding of general ledger functions and month-/year-end processes
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills - comfortable dealing with stakeholders across multiple global regions
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider finance team
