Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a high-volume global AP environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple payments inquiries and prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payment proposals based on processed invoices and escalations.
• Manage incoming escalations on outstanding payments.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure timely payments aligned with budgets.
• Verify and distribute remittance advices / proof-of-payments.
• Post payments to vendor accounts and clear them against open invoices.
• Monitor pre-payments and ensure correct application to invoices.
• Prepare reporting outlining key operational and financial KPIs.
• Complete regular vendor account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
• Collaborate with Vendor Management to resolve payment-related issues.
