Reed & Mackay, based in London, seeks an Accounting Manager to join our team and drive IFRS and US GAAP reporting, technical accounting, and international audits across multiple jurisdictions. Working with local teams and external auditors, you will ensure high-quality financial reporting, compliance, and accounting excellence while coordinating global activities and statutory requirements.

The role requires CA/ ACA / ACCA qualification and strong communication skills, with a focus on accuracy

Qualifications

• Experience in audit firm environments.
• Qualified CA/ACA/ACCA.
• Strong IFRS and US GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with global statutory reporting.
• Proficient with Workiva and NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Support IFRS and US GAAP financial reporting across the group.
• Coordinate external audit processes across jurisdictions.
• Prepare audit working papers and financial reporting schedules.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and statements.
• Collaborate with local and global finance teams on accounting initiatives.
• Drive accounting transformation and process improvements.
• Ensure deliverables are accurate and timely during audits.
