Job summary

Motive Offshore Group, a leader in marine and lifting equipment, seeks an Accountant to support the TIC division across European entities. You will manage the general ledger, perform month-end close, and support reporting for the Europe Controller in a collaborative finance team.

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ICAS) or equivalent experience.
• Experience with month-end close processes, journal preparation and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Proficiency with Sage200, Sicon and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger integrity across European entities.
• Perform month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare intercompany reconciliations & group VAT where required.
• Assist with monthly management accounts & variance analysis.
• Support external audits and delivery of timely financial reporting.
