Starcom Worldwide, Inc. is hiring a Global Account Director, Client Leadership & Strategy to drive global media and marketing transformation for Samsung. This high-impact role brings together strategy, data, investment and activation across markets to deliver scalable, commercially meaningful work.

You will lead central planning, shape Martech strategy, manage senior stakeholders and partner with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in client leadership, media strategy or consultancy across large, multi-market clients.
• Clear understanding of digital platforms and the role of media in integrated planning and activation.
• Ability to translate data and performance into compelling strategic recommendations for diverse audiences.
• Confident presenting to internal and client stakeholders with a collaborative style.
• Curious, proactive approach to solving client challenges and staying ahead of media trends.
• Experience managing complex workstreams and sizeable budgets with clarity and care, with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead central planning and account management across key global Samsung initiatives, ensuring work is well structured and commercially focused.
• Shape and evolve the annual Martech strategy to strengthen governance and measurable outcomes.
• Own delivery of strategic projects from brief to implementation with Data, Investment and Activation teams.
• Build trusted relationships across Publicis Groupe to access the right expertise and solutions.
• Oversee high-quality media-focused delivery with digital and data specialists.
• Identify better ways of working across planning and processes to improve output quality and effectiveness.
• Spot opportunities to grow the global paid media scope for Samsung and markets.
