Job summary

Oakwrights in Hereford seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to manage glazing projects from sales handover through to FaceGlazing completion on site. You will be the main client contact, coordinating joinery packages, budgets and supplier liaison to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Organised, proactive and customer-focused with strong coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating glazing, construction, or project tasks is helpful.
• Able to manage budgets, supplier liaising and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate glazing projects from sales handover to completion on site.
• Act as main contact for clients, providing ongoing updates.
• Prepare joinery schedules, place orders and verify specifications.
• Liaise with suppliers, production teams and site installers.
• Monitor budgets and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
