Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be registered with GOC.
• Experience in hospital ophthalmology settings preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide education to others.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of investigative, diagnostic and therapeutic optometric procedures.
• Work autonomously in specialist optometry and other clinics.
• Participate in a multidisciplinary team in patient assessment.
• Teach and supervise pre-registration optometrists and visiting staff.
• Maintain patient records with data protection compliance.
