Visa Sponsorship & Eligibility:We hold a valid UK Sponsor Licence and welcome applications from global talent. For early-career and trainee attorney positions, our standard policy is to utilise the unsponsored Graduate Visa route in the first instance. While we are open to sponsoring Skilled Worker visas for long-term retention, this is typically reviewed and initiated only after the successful completion of a candidate’s formal probation period. All applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the valid right to work in the UK for their start date.
