Job summary

ENABLE Scotland is seeking a motivated Team Facilitator in North Lanarkshire. You will lead a team of Personal Assistants, conduct supervisions, and ensure person-centred support for people we service. This full-time role requires driving to services across North Lanarkshire and participation in an on-call rota.

The position offers a salary of £30,900 per year plus additional on-call payments, with a 39-hour work week and a requirement for a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams of Personal Assistants.
• SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience with person-centred planning and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Personal Assistants.
• Conduct supervision, observations and performance reviews.
• Prepare staff rotas for safe, effective staffing.
• Build strong relationships with families and health professionals.
• Participate in on-call rota including evenings/weekends.
