Job summary

Clyde & Co in the United Kingdom offers a two‑week Vacation Scheme designed to provide real insight into our firm’s core industry sectors. You’ll observe cases, draft responses, provide advice and research, and be involved in significant deals, meetings and negotiations.

You will be paid £520 per week with some travel expense support, and there’s a clear pathway toward a September 2029 Traineeship start date if you excel.

Qualifications

• Penultimate or final year Scots law student (undergraduate or accelerated LLB).
• On track to achieving a 2:1.
• AAB at A-Level or Highers.

Responsibilities

• Be immersed in the firm and the work from day one.
• Observe cases, drafting responses, providing advice and preparing research.
• Get involved in significant deals, meetings and negotiations.
• Attend court hearings, arbitrations and mediations to see the different types of litigation available first-hand.
